Domestic Shipping Policy 

Shipment processing time 

All orders are processed within 3 days.  

Deliveries do not occur on weekends and holidays. If there is a delay in delivery, we will contact you as soon as possible via email or messages. 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses 

expedited shipping options may not be available for these types of addresses. 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking 

Shipment confirmation will sent in 3 – 5 business days. 

Customs, duties, and taxes 

Uzan & Yuval is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

Damages 

Uzan & Yuval is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Shipping only to United States and Israel.  

Returns Policy 

100% refund if the product does not suit you within 30 days of receiving the product.
